- Provides professional concierge service to customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, text, and email.
- Accurately logs all customer interactions into Dealership Management System.
- Schedules appointments for customers to visit dealerships.
- Follows up on appointment outcomes.
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participates in required training.
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
