
Job description
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical training, resolving issues, and being the voice of the customer to internal HERE departments. You will work with customers, sales, and product management to provide technical expertise and feedback on product requirements.
Your main responsibilities include analyzing tests, debugging software issues, working on technical consulting assignments, and providing direct technical expertise for opportunities in one or multiple domains of knowledge.
You are a strong candidate for this role if you possess a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, and 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including 2+ years in technical pre-sales, technical customer support, or similar customer-facing roles.
