Job Description
Heritage Grand Bakery is seeking talented Baristas to join their opening team in a new coffee and tea program. The role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing coffee and tea beverages according to company standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Baristas will assist with tasks and side duties requested by management.
Requirements
- Be able to multitask and prioritize duties
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Extensive knowledge of Coffee culture & Coffee drinks
- Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
