The Social Affairs Manager France will oversee social relations, ensure legal compliance, and manage social performance on 7 French sites of Hermès Cuirs Précieux, a subsidiary undergoing transformation within the Hermès Group.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Social Law (Bac+5)
- Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in a generalist HR function with a legal and social dimension
- Good mastery of labor law (individual and collective relations) and its operational application
- Expertise in negotiating collective agreements and managing IRP
- Proven skills in managing transverse HR projects and harmonizing practices
- Good understanding of occupational health and safety issues and interactions between QVCT, prevention, and social performance
- Influential leadership and ability to federate without direct authority
- Strategic and pragmatic spirit, able to articulate long-term vision and operational management
- Qualities of communication, negotiation, and diplomacy
- Punctuality, reliability, sense of service, and confidentiality
- Pédagogie and ability to make legal subjects accessible to non-expert interlocutors
- Appreciation for the field and ease in industrial and human environments demanding environments
- Mastery of English is desirable
