CDI - Responsable Ressources Humaines et Référent Santé - Bien être Filière (H/F)

This position is open to internal mobility, offering a new opportunity to join our Human Resources Department. The role involves operational support of Human Resources of the ATBC establishment, accompanying the different stages of the professional life of the site's employees and advising team managers in respect of Field HR practices and Group and legal obligations.

Requirements

• Healthcare professional with a complementary training in Human Resources
• Minimum one year of experience in a generalist HR function
• Good knowledge of labor law, occupational health, risk prevention at work and QVCT
• Good understanding of human problems of a production site
• Experience in a group, ideally industrial, with strong transversality issues
• Strong project management skills
