Job Description
The Team Manager - Maintenance (Frame Assembly) role involves managing breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance of Frame assembly shop line equipped with various machines and equipment. The role requires a strong background in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering with relevant experience in Assembly shop line. The responsibilities include planning and execution of effective maintenance schedules, equipment maintenance and availability, troubleshooting and problem-solving, implementing new modifications and automation, and optimizing repair and maintenance costs.
Requirements
- Planning & execution of effective maintenance schedules
- Equipment Maintenance & Availability
- Attending breakdowns, doing RCA & CAPA
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving of all machinaries in frame assembly line
- Implementing new modifications and low-cost automation
- Implementing Digitization, Automation, and IoT projects in the Frame Assembly line
- Optimizing repair & maintenance, (R & M) costs
- Daily & monthly maintenance MIS preparation & reporting
- Updating of equipment standard & Check sheets, SOP & OPL
- Ensuring safe working practices
- People capability building through various technical & behavioural trainings
