Job Description
The Team Manager - Maintenance (Machine Shop) role is responsible for breakdown maintenance, effective planned maintenance, and team development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, restoration, and modification, as well as knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech - Electrical / Electronics with 4 to 8 Years of Experience
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics with 13 to 14 Years in Machine shop equipment
- Hands on experience in trouble shooting, restoration and modification
- Knowledge of mechanical/Electrical maintenance /spare parts planning/CBM/TBR/PM Activities
- Good communication skill, Man management, IOT projects, Cost saving projects (Energy, Spare parts enhancement)
- Knowledge of Service and repair activity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Behavioral Based Safety Approach
- Planning and decision making
