Job Description
The Team Manager - Maintenance (Frame Assembly) role involves managing breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of Frame assembly shop line, planning and execution of effective maintenance schedules, and optimizing repair and maintenance costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical or electronics engineering, with experience in assembly shop line maintenance. This is a purpose-driven role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- B.E / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
- 4 to 8 Years of Experience
- 12 to 15 Years of Experience in Manufacturing industry
- Maintenance of Overhead conveyors, Slat conveyors, Number punching machines (Telesis marking head & controllers), Hydraulic Press machines, Brake oil filling machines, Fuel tank leak testing (ATEQ), Atlas Copco DC nut runner controller & its tool, IR (Ingersoll Rand) DC nut runner controller & its tool and SPM machines
