Requirements
- Multi-year experience in customer care or support
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical affinity and ability to analyze and solve technical problems
- Solution-oriented thinking and ability to work independently
- Fluent German language skills (C2 level)
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and/or Notion (bonus)
