Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current, active physician (MD/DO) license from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
• Active DEA registration with controlled substances prescriptive authority
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with population health and experience in achieving quality metrics
• Ability to learn and efficiently utilize technology
