Customer Operations Manager

The Customer Operations Manager leads front-of-the-house processes, customer service, and revenue maximization. The Manager directs processes and activities of frontline employees, oversees performance, and provides leadership to customer operations employees.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service or Operations
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
