Job Description
As the Pastry Chef at Tierra Sur, you play a pivotal role in crafting a diverse range of desserts and baked goods within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Create and prepare all pastry items as needed.
- Organize and clean ingredients for kitchen use.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
- Manage kitchen inventory.
- Ensure proper storage of all pastry items in refrigerators and freezers to preserve freshness.
- Develop new seasonal recipes.
- Visually inspect pastries to ensure proper color and overall presentation.
