We're looking for a Board Administrator to support the Company Secretariat team in a complex, regulated environment, with opportunities for growth and development in board governance.
Requirements
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- High discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- Clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office and diary management; Diligent Boards experience a plus
- Understanding of Board-level administration/reporting; exposure to financial services or regulated environments valued
