Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Board, committee or secretariat role, with strong information control and governance practices
• Highly developed organisational skills, sound work control and attention to detail
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential information
• Be a capable and inclusive people leader who can build engagement, capability and accountability
• Relate confidently and professionally with senior executives and Board members
