We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to drive business growth and customer success through HPE's technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning IT strategies with business goals and leading complex engagements across a diverse portfolio.
Requirements
- Align customer KPIs and priorities with HPE's solutions to position HPE as a long-term strategic partner.
- Develop and execute growth plans across HPE's portfolio, leveraging internal tools and programs.
- Identify and lead high-value opportunities (with a focus on aaS business), manage pipeline activities, and close complex deals.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
- Manage and evolve the partner ecosystem within the account to support strategic goals.
- Stay current on IT trends and innovations, advising customers and mentoring internal teams.
- Lead and empower the extended account team, ensuring governance and team development.
- Collaborate across HPE to enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction.
- Own and execute a comprehensive account business plan, aligning with all key stakeholders.
