Maintenance Lead - Electrical/Instrumentation (E&I)

At Hexion, we're looking for a Maintenance Lead - Electrical/Instrumentation (E&I) to oversee all electrical and instrumentation systems at our facility. This role provides direct leadership of the E/I maintenance team and is responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficient operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within an industrial setting
• 5+ years of project management experience within an industrial setting
• Strong leadership experience, including managing electrical and instrumentation teams
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite and project management tools
• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, instrumentation standards, and industry regulations
