Accounting Associate

HF Sinclair is seeking an Accounting Associate based in Artesia, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for routine bookkeeping and accounting related clerical work and fiscal record keeping. Under moderate supervision, ensures all accounting assignments are completed including paying accounts and posting all invoices to provide accurate management reports.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in an office setting is required.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform routine accounting analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products, accounting and maintenance software, and accounting practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with the operation of general office equipment such as ten key calculators, fax and copy machines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication, ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations, and intermediate reading and writing skills.
