Job Description
HF Sinclair is seeking a Director, Pricing Rack Marketing based in Dallas, TX. The Director will develop and lead the company's national fuel pricing strategy, overseeing the Gravitate Pricing Engine and collaborating with sales, supply, operations, and commercial teams to drive profitable growth.
Requirements
- Develop and lead the company's national fuel pricing strategy
- Oversee the Gravitate Pricing Engine
- Collaborate with sales, supply, operations, and commercial teams
- Lead the development, calibration, and continuous optimization of the Gravitate Pricing Engine
- Monitor national GPE performance to identify trends, margin pressures, and opportunities
- Manage the balance between brand equity protection and market responsiveness
- Partner with Sales, Supply, Operations, and Commercial teams to align pricing actions with cost structures, inventory positions, and competitive conditions
