Sr. Account Manager

Hi Marley is looking for a Sr. Account Manager to join their Growth Team, responsible for managing customer relationships, developing strategic account plans, and achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

• Serve as key point of contact for assigned accounts and customer strategy
• Understand customers' business objectives and develop strategic account plans
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering
• Build pipeline and achieve revenue targets
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting of pipeline and account plans
• Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
• Demonstrate industry expertise and develop Hi Marley solution domain expertise
• Attend events and conferences to improve Hi Marley brand visibility and network
