
Job description
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will focus on adoption, usage, and retention in addition to online review generation and management. Success in this role requires a strong emphasis on using data-driven insights and marketing automation tools in addition to being able to work with cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute customer marketing programs, optimize customer onboarding communications, analyze customer behavior and product usage data, and work closely with the Customer Success team to identify gaps in product adoption.
