Job Description
Hightouch is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales growth by fostering a motivated and high-performing team. The role involves coaching, training, and providing leadership to Sales Executives to achieve quota attainment and develop customer relationships. Hightouch focuses on empowering customers with their own data, reducing engineering overhead and enabling them to operate on their own data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software sales leadership experience with 2+ years leading Enterprise Sales Segments
- Expert knowledge in building and motivating sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Process-oriented and data-driven approach to managing forecasts
- Experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
- High sense of urgency, ownership, empathy, and compassion
