Hightouch is a modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams, seeking a Technical Account Manager in the EMEA region to oversee the entire customer journey and ensure customers understand and utilize the Hightouch platform to its fullest extent. The role requires a product expert with strong communication and project management skills, able to collaborate with different teams and navigate unexpected roadblocks. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and technology-focused role, with experience managing technical projects and troubleshooting complex systems.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role
• Experience managing and executing technical projects
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams and types of people
• Ability to work under pressure, deadlines, and navigate unexpected roadblocks with ease
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
