Senior Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to provide best-in-class service to customers in our full-service commercial office buildings in the Tampa Market.

Requirements

• Monitor the building HVAC system
• Identify ways to make enhancements to existing systems
• Maintain budgets and communicate with the Senior Property Manager
• Order and maintain proper stock for repairs
• Record keeping and equipment logs
• Coordination of life safety systems inspections and repairs
• Investigate and monitor repeat customer-related calls
• Promote energy conservation and special lighting programs
• Perform routine building inspections
• Minor repairs to plumbing, HVAC system, roof, windows and/or doorways
• Install and repair ceiling tiles, wall coverings, vinyl tile, carpet, cove base, window blinds, signage, etc.
• Foster a positive and productive working relationship with each customer
• Become proficient with the on-line service request system
• Assist with inclement/severe weather preparedness and response
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
• Organize, maintain, and ensure that all maintenance shop, storage, tools, mechanical and electrical areas are well maintained
