We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the day-to-day management of residential construction projects, ensuring safe delivery, on-time completion, and high-quality results.
Requirements
- HND/Degree in Construction (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in site management, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and RAMS
- Confident in short- and long-term programme management
- Skilled in subcontractor management, coordination and performance reviews
- Excellent leadership, organisation and team development capabilities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Fully certified: CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, and TWC
