Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager to lead residential construction projects safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Requirements
- HND/Degree in Construction (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in site management, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and RAMS
- Fully certified: CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, and TWC
