Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager to lead residential construction projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have a HND/Degree in Construction and proven experience in site management.
Requirements
- HND/Degree in Construction (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in site management, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and RAMS
- CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, and TWC certification
