Job Description
The Youth Care Professional I (Youth Care Professional I) supports residents and families to help them reach their full potential through relationship-based, competence centered, and trauma informed solutions. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining a safe environment, and providing support services like mentoring and life skills training. Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, completing documentation, and executing after-school and weekend activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certification (required or obtained within 60 days)
- Valid NYS driver's license with at least 1 year clean record and insurance coverage
- Knowledge and ability to apply the Hillside Professional Competencies
