Loan Originator, Sr NE, Westlake Village, CA

We are seeking a Senior Loan Originator to market and promote PrimeLending products and services to realtors, builders, and potential and past clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating loan products, establishing relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Evaluates PrimeLending’s and other loan products and services
• Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, builders, and new home sales representatives
• Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products
• Originates loans and meets minimum production standards
• Monitors customer interaction and interfaces with all parties involved on each individual loan
• Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer’s income, assets, investments, or debts
• Advises the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different loan products
• Services existing customers and obtains all necessary support documents
• Oversees the loan process and ensures conformity with terms
• Communicates loan status to all interested parties
• Presents terms and conditions of loans with customers
• Stays abreast of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment
• Maintains a professional image and adheres to company policies and procedures
