Bartender

As a Bartender at Double Tree by Hilton Naha Shuri Castle, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will work closely with other Team Members to ensure a positive guest experience and contribute to the hotel's high standards of service and quality.

Requirements

• Senior High School education or specialty in Hospitality
• 1-2 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star category hotel
• Good English skills to meet business needs
• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seize opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge
• Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements
• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcohol
• Able to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
• Open-minded and outgoing personality
• Willing to work for long hours
• Positive attitude
