Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, while maintaining a high customer service focus and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Senior High School education or specialty in Hospitality
• 1-2 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star category hotel
• Good English skills to meet business needs
• Motivated and committed
• Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements
• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcohol
• Able to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
• Open-minded and outgoing personality
• Willing to work for long hours
• Positive attitude
