Job Description
DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to perform tasks to the highest professional standards. Responsibilities include preparing baked goods, pastries, and desserts, ensuring proper handling of equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, efficient technical abilities, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma or trade school certificate
- 8 years of experience in a pastry department, including 2-3 years as a commis and 2-3 years as Demi Chef
- Prior experience working in a similar kitchen area
- Ability to function independently with efficient technical abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
