Job Description
Hotel del Coronado, A Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to oversee operations in banquets and seasonal outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong banquet experience, experience with recipe development, and experience leading other leaders. The position reports to the Executive Chef and oversees 7 Chef Managers and a team of 30-40 cooks.
