Food and Beverage Manager - Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Tampa Convention Center

The Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown Convention Center is seeking a full-time food and beverage manager to oversee evening/PM food and beverage operations in the hotel's various outlets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of restaurant or food and beverage manager experience and previous multi-outlet/hotel food and beverage leadership experience is considered an asset.

Requirements

• Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department
• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
• Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
