Job Description
The Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown Convention Center is seeking a full-time food and beverage manager to oversee the evening/PM food and beverage operations in the hotel's various outlets. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of restaurant or food and beverage management experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of restaurant or food and beverage management experience
- Previous multi-outlet/hotel food and beverage leadership experience is an asset
- Ability to oversee evening/PM food and beverage operations
- Directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage department
- Implementing effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
