Job Description
Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown Convention Center is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to oversee evening/PM food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years restaurant or food and beverage manager experience.

- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
