The Hilton Anaheim is searching for their next PM Junior Sous Chef to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Cook in a restaurant or hotel, at least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Line Cook, working knowledge of health department regulations and proper cooking and holding temperatures. Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
