Job Description
The Hilton Anaheim is searching for their next PM Junior Sous Chef to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, leadership skills, and experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Cook in a restaurant or hotel
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Line Cook
- Working knowledge of health department regulations and proper cooking and holding temperatures
- Strong leadership skills, including setting an example and holding team accountable for performance
- Proven experience in taking ownership of team performance and operational outcomes
- Ability to work varied shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience managing team members within a collective bargaining agreement (Union)
- Demonstrates a commitment to career progression within the culinary field
