The Roosevelt Hotel is seeking a Full-Time Pastry Cook to join the team. The Pastry Cook will prepare and execute pastry and dessert items to support an excellent Guest and Member experience, while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Prepare and execute pastry and dessert items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with daily production to meet service and event requirements
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dessert offerings
- Support the setup, organization, and cleanliness of the pastry station
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with seasonal and menu offerings as directed
- Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support overall kitchen operations
