The Roosevelt Hotel is seeking a Full-Time Pastry Cook to prepare and execute pastry and dessert items, maintain quality and consistency, and support daily pastry operations.
Requirements
- Prepare and execute pastry and dessert items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with daily production to meet service and event requirements
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dessert offerings
- Support the setup, organization, and cleanliness of the pastry station
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with seasonal and menu offerings as directed
- Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support overall kitchen operations
