As a Stewarding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of stewarding operation, ensuring quality standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. You will guide Steward Supervisors and Stewards in their jobs, control and analyze cleanliness standards, and implement a detailed cleaning program.

- Report accidents and incidents
- Conduct and prepare the monthly operating equipment inventory
- Report and monitor the breakage and loss report
- Prepare purchase requisition for operating equipment and cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with the Engineering department
- Inspect all stewarding supplies and equipment
- Ensure sanitation standards in all areas
- Check and maintain the sanitation level of the garbage room
- Coordinate with Finance and Security
- Assist in the restaurant and bar during busy days
- Knowledgeable of departmental standards and fire safety procedures
- Assess team members' performance
- Describe, assign, and delegate duties
- Plan ahead and ensure adequate resources
- Establish good communication and teamwork
- Keep the team up to date about departmental activities
