The Wok 2 is responsible for ensuring that the relevant kitchen operates as a successful profit centre by planning, organising, directing and controlling production and administration in accordance with our defined standards. The role requires strong supervisory skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef and be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
