Job Description
Hippocratic AI is seeking a Customer Success Executive with health systems experience to serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems. As Customer Success Executive, you will be physically present at client sites every week, working alongside clinical, operational, and IT leaders to implement, operationalize, and scale Hippocratic AI's solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of health systems experience, including customer success, account management, or project management
- Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across an organization, from front-line staff to executives
