Requirements
- 15+ years in Talent Acquisition
- 5+ years of experience leading global TA operations and strategy
- Deep expertise in scaling recruiting infrastructure in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Proven track record partnering with senior executives and business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with comfort working across tools and systems like Ashby
- Strong background in change management
- Recognized as a builder and coach, leading with empathy and empowering teams to create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
