Job Description
Head of Marketing / Growth for a fast-growing enterprise AI startup. Lead and build the marketing function from scratch, with true ownership over growth outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of marketing experience with at least 4–6+ years in high-growth startup environments
- Full-stack B2B marketing expertise across the funnel: demand generation, SEO/GEO, paid search, lifecycle, and organic growth
- Experience in enterprise B2B industries such as compliance, fintech, security, AI infrastructure, or adjacent markets
- Fluency with modern marketing and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA, Webflow, Notion, Figma, etc.)
