Job Description
Litigation Attorney (Warranty Defense) - Join a highly regarded Am Law 200 firm as a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney to defend automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealerships in warranty-related litigation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (mid- to senior level)
- Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing
- Significant hands-on experience with motion practice, depositions, mediation and arbitration preparation, and trial-readiness work
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to producing exceptional work product
- Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism
- Stable resume with demonstrated longevity and consistent performance
