Litigation Attorney (Warranty Defense | Trial-Focused)

We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney (5+ years) to join our Litigation Business Unit in California. As a Litigation Attorney, you will work exclusively with a specialized team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealerships in warranty-related litigation. You will handle cases from inception through resolution, conduct depositions, draft and argue motions, and deliver strong courtroom advocacy. The ideal candidate has strong litigation fundamentals, meaningful trial and arbitration exposure, excellent academic credentials, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality advocacy.

Requirements

• Defend complex warranty litigation matters on behalf of automotive manufacturers and dealer networks
• Serve as a trial-ready litigator handling cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct depositions, witness preparation, and discovery strategy
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related filings
• Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement proceedings
• Deliver strong courtroom advocacy, including opening statements, closing arguments, and witness examinations
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel
• Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail while managing multiple active matters
