Job Description
Performance Marketer (Paid Acquisition) for a fast-growing fintech startup. Must have 2-4 years of experience managing B2B paid acquisition campaigns, deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a proven track record of driving ROI and pipeline impact.
Requirements
- Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with a clear focus on inbound meetings and revenue contribution
- Aggressively and efficiently scale spend while maintaining strong CAC-to-LTV discipline
- Drive toward ambitious paid pipeline goals, including generating significant monthly revenue impact through performance channels
- Analyze campaign performance daily and translate data into clear actions, experiments, and next steps
- Operate autonomously—ideating, testing, iterating, and launching without heavy approval layers
- Partner closely with Sales and Leadership to align targeting, messaging, funnel performance, and ROI
