Role Overview

Lead a team of Program/Project Managers responsible for aligning, coordinating, and executing the technology roadmap and high-priority transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience leading a team of IT Program/Project Managers

• Strong proficiency in understanding complex technical challenges
• Previous experience leading complex implementation of enterprise systems
• Experience managing complex software-based projects with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at various levels
• Proven track record of change management focused on building strong interdepartmental relationships
• Proven experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and tools
