Application Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of critical business applications for Hitachi, Ltd.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience with full application lifecycle management (ALM) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong technical background in various programming languages, databases, and operating systems relevant to enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage technical teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application in enterprise solutions.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
