Application Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Manager to oversee the lifecycle of critical business applications, ensuring their optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with Hitachi's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application management, software development, or a related IT role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, managing a team of IT professionals.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and systems.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering application initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application services is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
